BAR POLICIES

Cash Bar:

  • Your guests purchase their own drinks.

Consumption Bar:

  • You determine the amount of money you wish to spend on drinks. When the register reaches your figure, the bar then turns over to a cash bar. We limit the Consumption Bar to a maximum of the first four hours. Consumption Bars are run consecutive hours beginning at your scheduled arrival time. We reserve the right to close the Consumption Bar at any time at management's discretion if we feel it is being abused.

Open Bar:

  • We limit Open Bar to a maximum of the first four hours. Open Bars are consecutive hours beginning at your scheduled arrival time. We reserve the right to close the Open Bar at any time at management's discretion if we feel it is being abused.

WEDDINGS

Having your Wedding Ceremony Here (includes the following):

  • Use of our spacious bridal suite 1 1/2 hours prior to your ceremony.
  • Use of Gazebo and outside archway, all of which overlook the golf course and are nestled together surrounded by beautiful flowers.
  • Chairs set up outside for for your immediate family and/or elderly.
  • In the case of inclement weather we also offer our indoor facility with indoor archway and chairs.
  • You may choose to have your ceremony indoors or outside.
  • Price for wedding ceremony here: $200.00

The following items are complimentary of East Mountain Country Club:

Centerpieces - We provide lanterns - brass bottom, glass top, kerosene lamp which we do light. You may bring in your own centerpieces if you wish. Candles must be enclosed in glass.

Colored Table Linens - Available at no extra charge:

Table Cloths - White or Ivory

Napkin Colors - White, Pink, Red, Burgundy, Light Blue, Royal Blue, Light Green, Forest Green, Gold, Peach, Lavender, Dark Purple, Beige, Brown and Black

All banquets having a cake may have the cake served as a dessert at no additional charge or may have it wrapped in napkins for their guests to take home. If the cake is to be wrapped, you must provide your own napkins.

We will provide toast glasses for your guests. If special toast glasses are desired for the guest(s) of honor, that is up to you to provide.

Complimentary wine or champagne toast is provided for the bridal party

Directions for your out of town guest are provided at your request

Each reception has a Host or Hostess for your convenience

Coffee and Tea available throughout the reception

Continually hosted bar within reception room

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  1. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. $200.00 for Breakfast Showers and $500.00 for all other functions. The deposit will be credited toward your first bill.
  2. A firm guarantee of the number of people expected and all menu and linen selections must be received no later than TEN days in advance of your function. A final meeting will be scheduled to finalize details. FULL PAYMENT WILL BE MADE AT THIS TIME. Any additional expenses incurred on the day of your function must be paid by the conclusion of your function. Payments are to be made in Cash, Certified Bank Check, Personal Check or charged by VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS. Please make payments payable to Cloud 19 Lounge. No refunds will be given for meals cancelled after 7 days prior to function.
  3. A firm guarantee of the number of guests attending the banquet is due ten days prior to the banquet date. You will be charged for the guaranteed number or the exact count, whichever is higher.
  4. Our prices do not include an 18% House Charge and 5% Mass State Tax, which will be added to your bill. (5% Mass State Tax is included in all Open Bars, Consumption Bars and Soda Bars.)
  5. The minimum number of guest required are as follows:
    • Sit-Down Dinners - 75 adult meals minimum
    • Full Dinner Buffet - 75 adult meals minimum
    • Light Luncheon Buffet - 75 adult meals minimum
    • Breakfast Buffet - 50 adult meals minimum
  6. Time slots available: For your convenience you may choose your own arrival time. You will have the Banquet Hall Five hours from your scheduled arrival time. Additional hours may be purchased for $200.00 per hour.
    • Luncheons - 12:00 Noon to 4:00 pm
    • Breakfasts - 10:00 am to 1:00 pm or 10:30 am to 1:30 pm
  7. All weddings and dinner parties are limited to FIVE hours starting from the arrival time. Additional hours may be purchased for an additional fee of $200.00 for each additional hour. All banquets will end no later than 1:00 am.
  8. All banquets having a cake may have the cake served as dessert at no additional charge or may have it wrapped in napkins for their guests to take home. If the cake is to be wrapped, you must provide your own napkins.
